Must-Have:
Reliable Transportation is a required
Smart Phone with photo voice control
Ability to download our custom photo APP.
Job Requires:
- Property Photo inspections (Exterior & Interior)
- Placing Yard Signs / Removing Yard Signs
- Posting Properties - No Tresspass etc.
- Placing / Removing Lock-boxes
- Meeting with Utility Vendors
- Property Damage Checklists
- Weekly Inspections in some cases
This job pays per assignment and averages $25-$35 per hour.
This is a subcontractor job with Monthly or Bi-Monthly Invoices.
Assignments typically allow 48 hours to complete.
