• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele

• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Real estate license or pursuing required
• At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

$50,324 (National Average) Compensation will depend on experience and conversion rates

Arizona Resource Realty  is seeking an Agent Recruiter located in Arizona. This position plays a key role in bringing real estate  professionals into our successful organization. The Agent Recruiter will  engage with Real Estate professionals both new and experienced  demonstrating to them how we can take their business to the next level.  The position requires a real “sales” pro with exceptional, proven  telephone prospecting skills, impeccable follow-up and great customer  service.

Primary job responsibilities include:

• Outbound and inbound agent recruiting efforts, both cold and warm.

•  Contact potential real estate agents to communicate the benefits of  joining our team; articulate value proposition, and compensation plans  when appropriate.

• Use multiple sourcing tools to target agents to contact as well as build and manage candidate pipeline.

• Schedule potential agent recruitment appointments with Branch Managers and maintain recruiting records as needed.

• Pre-interview over phone and/or in person to qualify candidates to present to Branch Managers.

• Gather competitive intelligence on competing companies to better understand how to sell the Arizona Resource Realty value proposition.

•  Strategically partner with Branch Managers to recruit, schedule  appointments, interview and provide candidate information. Offer input  into hiring candidates and making at times hiring decisions.

• Work as a team to achieve recruiting metrics.

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills including experience with a CRM system or database to build and maintain pipeline

• Ability to make at least 40 cold calls a day

• Ability to prioritize and work independently supporting a team

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Real estate experience preferred but not required.

Arizona Resource Realty is looking  for an ambitious, detail oriented, and extremely organized individual  to process / negotiate short sales.  Experience with short sale  negotiations is necessary and you must hold an active AZ real estate  license.

Banking, Mortgage, or Loan Processing experience is a plus.

This is a full time position with some flexibility.  There are different compensation options available for the right individual.  You have a choice of a salary plus commission/bonus, or a full commission structure, but both have the potential for annual income of approximately $50K - $60K+ depending on your skill and performance.

Requirements: 

MUST hold an active AZ Real Estate License.
MUST have had experience with short sale negotiations.
MUST have your own computer.
MUST be computer literate and computer proficient with web based software applications.

Time  management is a key aspect to being a successful negotiator with Arizona Resource Realty, as you will be handling at least 50-60 files at all  times.

• Property Photo inspections (Exterior & Interior)
• Placing Yard Signs / Removing Yard Signs
• Posting Properties - No Tresspass etc. 
• Placing / Removing Lock-boxes
• Meeting with Utility Vendors
• Property Damage Checklists
• Weekly Inspections in some cases

This job pays per assignment and averages $25-$35 per hour.

This is a subcontractor job with Monthly or Bi-Monthly Invoices.

Assignments typically allow 48 hours to complete.
