• FIRST APPLY WITH US TO BECOME A NEW AGENT
• WE PAY FOR YOUR ENROLLMENT IN SCHOOL 
• COMPLETE THE SCHOOL AND PASS THE EXAMS
• OBTAIN YOUR REAL ESTATE LICENSE

• START CLOSING DEALS & GROWING YOUR INCOME

We will advance the school tuition to you with an agreement to stay with the company and repay the tuition with payments taken from your first 3 real estate transactions. This give you the opportunity to make money and pay as you go. Usually your first or 2nd transaction will pay for the advance and leave money in your pocket, but we will work with you on this. We require a 3 year commitment to work with our company after licensing to cover the cost of the training and resources we will provide you. Most agents after realizing the benefits of working with us never want to leave for other brokerages that provide no lead support. We are looking for long term, positive, energetic team members that can get along well and collaborate with the other professionals on our team. We think of ourselves as one giant family and constantly strive to help one another achieve our financial goals and also our lifestyle goals.

We can offer you an advance on your local board of Realtor initial on-boarding fees and take the cost of it out in payment later just like the new enrollment program to the left. We can guide and help you get started with the same terms and help offset some of your upfront expenses just as we do for new enrolled students with Arizona Resource Realty.
