REAL ESTATE ASSISTANTS JOB OPENINGS: 


We are in need of a real estate assistants to join our growing team.  

This job is not for the faint of heart or the sit down and relax type  of person. This is a very fast paced and up and at em' position that  involves you be very versatile and think fast on your feet. It involves  the following:

  • Running and Managing a very busy email system for the broker and/or Agents
  • Management of virtual and office staff members in tasking
  • Daily tasks involving default properties as well as traditional
  • Onsite Property Inspections, Lock-box and sign management
  • Lead and Referral Management in-house as well as outside the firm
  • Answering busy phones, customer services & Routing callers
  • MLS entry, review & writing attractive property descriptions
  • REO task management & delegation
  • Pulling comps and Market research work & Data Entry
  • Over viewing Ads and social media posting
  • Ordering, reviewing & managing Repair bids from contractors
  • Turning on and off utilities on every asset
  • Handling Evictions, Relocation Assistance & Occupancy Tasking
  • Handling Billing and Reimbursements daily
  • Management of Field Vendors & Cross Training other employees
  • Managing Offers & Property Closings daily
  • Tasks will vary depending on if you are licensed or unlicensed.


The  above items are required on a daily basis and in a fast paced  environment. This job requires movement and ability to adapt to constant  changes & education. Please do not apply if you prefer a relaxed  desk job.

While we are looking for a very positive person who  gives out positive energy to all of the team members daily, we also need  a person that can jump in their vehicle and go to properties on call  when needed. You must be physically fit to be able to manage the outdoor  tasks, such as sign placement & removal, open houses, driving long  distances, climbing stairs in homes, taking photos, and constant  movement in the office.

Weekend work will be required when needed from home to make sure our tasks and processes are done on time.

A  real estate license is preferred but not required to start. We will ask  that you get a license paid for by the company at some point in time.  This is a 1099 paid sub-contractor job, not a W2. You will be  responsible for filing your taxes as we do not withhold taxes. Bonuses  will be given based on performance and licensing. This job starts at  $14.50 an hour and will increase based on performance and loyalty to the  company. Hours will vary at first 6 months while training and then move  into 40 hours a week plus overtime.
